Damian joined Workday in APJ based out of Singapore as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in October 2021. Prior to Workday, Damian spent 10 years at Standard Chartered Bank as the global Head of Collaboration & Communications Technology, managing applications globally and transformed services to the cloud. He led the Bank’s global award winning digital transformation program featured in a Channel News Asia Documentary, ‘On common ground’. The documentary also covers his entrepreneurial journey as well as his family’s integration story as a new Singaporean.
