Prior to Workday\, Damian spent 10 years at Standard Chartered Bank as the global Head of Collaboration & Communications Technology\, managing applications globally and transformed services to the cloud. He led the Bank’s global award winning digital transformation program featured in a Channel News Asia Documentary\, ‘On common ground’. The documentary also covers his entrepreneurial journey as well as his family’s integration story as a new Singaporean.
