ITMA Event: Mindfulness for Building Better Relationships

Strong relationships are the cornerstone of our happiness, both professionally and personally. However, differences in perception, judgment, and expectations can lead to disagreements and conflicts. This often causes us to react harshly and irrationally, potentially damaging these relationships. In this workshop, Adj. A/Prof Angie Chew will discuss how past experiences and conditioning affect our reactions and will teach techniques to better manage our emotions. By doing so, we can improve our responses and resolve issues without compromising the relationship.
