This specially arranged THERAPEUTIC yoga class is good for all levels, be it yoga beginners or veterans and is suitable for those who are in constant pressure due to work commitment, high blood pressure, back or neck pain, constipation and asthma.

10.00am                    – Registration & Getting Ready

10.30am to 11.30am  – Yoga Class

11.30am to 12.00pm  – Cooling Down (Shower facilities available)

12.00pm to 1.00pm  – Lunch Buffet
