Invitation to Thought Leadership Dialogue on Jobs and Skills: Growing Tech Talent

Thought Leadership Dialogue on Jobs and Skills is organised for CIOs, hiring managers/HR and companies’ representatives. One of the key topics is to discuss how companies can adapt their hiring framework for tech workers to be based on skills and certifications and not just academic qualifications​.

This is to provide greater opportunities to transit non-tech workers into tech careers and meet the tech talent shortage in Singapore.
