About the 28^th CIO Workshop
Long regarded as the de-facto annual IT conference, the CIO Workshop brings together CIOs, CTOs and top IT leaders from both the public and private sectors across different industries to discuss the most pressing topics affecting businesses and technology today and in the future.

The workshop will kick off with a ¾-day session in Singapore on June 30. This year’s event will address how creativity and entrepreneurship can transform industries and businesses. CIOs will also understand how tomanage threats and vulnerabilities to arm their organizations against cyber intrusions and data loss.

Additionally, delegates have the privilege of an exclusive tour of Jurong Island. They will learn about the gigantic underground Jurong Rock Caverns and how the growing demand for oil storage, coupled with the scarcity of resources resulted in the company unlocking the potential of subterranean depths beneath the sea, and carving out a groundbreaking solution for oil storage. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis!

In Sydney, the workshop experience and learning journey continues at Telstra’s latest high-tech Customer Insights Center, where delegates will immerse in an environment that takes collaboration and the Internet of Things to a new level, discover what the future workplace holds and understand Telstra’s strategies in reinventing itself.

They will also learn how Australia is building its cyber resilience through the tour Sydney’s newest and fastest growing Security Operations Center (SOC); witness the applications of field robotics across a myriad of industries and experience how digital technology is transforming the business of sports for the Australia Rugby Union.
