39th CIO Workshop (Shenzhen and Guangzhou)
As organisations race to scale AI to deliver real business value, the next leap forward begins when people, machines and intelligent agents work together to drive enterprise reinvention. This year’s 39th CIO Workshop explores this theme in three dimensions:

- Agents: Agile digital collaborators. Beyond automation lies true partnership. Intelligent agents amplify human potential, transforming how we work and innovate.
- Machines: Intelligence in motion. Step into a world where machines act and adapt as AI enters reality, bringing intelligence to life.
The workshop adopts a dual-location format, starting with an interactive session in Singapore on 11 May 2026, followed by an immersive overseas programme in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, China from 12 to 16 May 2026.

Experience China’s innovation powerhouse for AI, robotics and other future-ready technologies. Explore XPENG‘s intelligent manufacturing facility, delve into Huawei‘s agentic AI applications and explore how BYD embeds AI from product development through to manufacturing. Engagements with UBTECH and EngineAI will give practitioner insights into how embodied AI is being developed and deployed in real world contexts, and hear from public sector leadership at Longgang District AI (Robotics) Administration on how they are enabling a vibrant AI and robotics ecosystem in the district. Finally, round off the journey at the 7th Shenzhen Global AI Expo, offering a panoramic view of China’s rapidly evolving AI landscape.
