DESCRIPTION:Come and join us at this lunch time talk to find out about the MTCS standards and related initiatives towards understanding how it could help you in sourcing your cloud services provider. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDear ITMA Member\, \n“Catering to Different Users with Different Security Requirements – the MTCS way” \nCloud security has always been and still is the topmost concern in cloud adoption. This impediment to cloud adoption is evident in many of the surveys conducted. Do you know what are the security provisions offered by your cloud service providers (CSPs)? How could you be assured that your data and system running in the cloud is well protected? \nTo address this concern\, IDA together with IT Standards Committee and industry developed the Multi-Tier Cloud Security standards and launched in Nov 2013. Dubbed the Multi-Tier Cloud Security Standards for Singapore (MTCS SS584:2013)\, the new national standard is aimed at providing businesses with greater clarity on the levels of security offered by different CSPs.
